I have just purchased a new breville breadmaker and I tried one of the recipes in your book for the ultra fast 2lb loaf and it told me to put in 960 grams of flour so I did and then put in the rest of the ingredents when I started the program the machine appeared to struggle to mix and then when the loaf was complete and I opened the top all I found was a lump of baked dough. we then tried again checking that we had put the right ammount and in the right order but this time the machine struggled again and we saw a blue flash inside so we stopped it and mixed the dough by hand we have since tried it with a small packed of ready mixed bread and it seems fine could you please tell me has there been a misprint in your recipe book many thanks
