I have a JVC camcorder model GR-DVL150E I have not used it for ages but last night I took it out to use it now shows the warning E03 unit in safeguard mode remove and reattach batery which obviously I have done to no avail what can I do can you help
I have exactly the same problem with my JVC camera and have tried using a proprietory head cleaner. Please can you define a 'good quality' head cleaner for me so that I can get one?

i had the same problem and cured it by using a good quility head cleaner three or four times
