the digital display should read 1.0 or there abouts but has gone up to 3.2 ?

my boiler should read 1.0 but has gone upto 3.2 on the digital display when i try to drain it by the underneath tap it goes up and not down
can you please advise

I would guess the drain tap is a filling tap. If you need to relieve pressure, bleed it from a radiator.
