Hi. I had the same problem. In my case the cause was the build-up of scale at the bottom of the mechine (below drum, where the water drain).
The solution:
1. Open the small door to the out-pipe.
2. Open the round cover inside. You will see a small hole/tunnel.
3. In the right wall of the tunnel you will see a smaller hole leading to a smaller tunnel. This tunnel is jumed with scale.
4. The best thing is using high-pressure water up this smaller tunnel. Stream in high-pressure water several times (2 seconds each time), and each time you should see some scale coming out. Until the scale blockage is reduced and water that didn't drain starts come come out.
5. If you don't have high-pressure water thenyou can try pushing in a wire or something to scrape the scale.
