Problem with Hygena APL8224 dishwasher?

I replaced a blown heater element but I don't think the spray bars are rotating and possibly not spraying water, which could have been the reason for the element blowing I guess. Has anyone had experience of this and what the problem is? Could the pump be faulty?

Thanks Pete, mine seems to be exactly the same problem. I'd be interested to hear how you got on.

I may have a similar problem inasmuch as I don't think the spray arms are rotating although my heating element is fine. I have taken the filters out and checked the control unit (as much as I can without taking it apart). Pump seems to be OK because it appears to fill and empty. All the other obvious things like connections, drain pipes and water supply have been checked and are in order. The next step is to pull it out and take the bottom off to check the motor/s are getting a signal from the control unit unless anyone has a better idea! (I don't mean buy a new one either.)
