The model is an Oono Minidab 1. The problem is that the buttons when pressed don't respond. Would reformatting fix the problem. If not, what else can I do?

Please help. Is stuck on MP3 on SD card mode so can't use any other function ie, switch to radio, timer, timer record or basic sound features.
