I try to clean the laser lense with 1 of those lense cleaners. Nothing seems to work. My DVDs (new and used) are freezing up and are unwatchable. What can I do the fix the problem and why is it happening? The laptop is a dell Inspiron and the 2 DVD players are Panasonic PV-D744S.

well for the laptop i had the same problem do a system restor to when ur dvds would play then it should work
