the blue light is NOT flashing at all, it is stead on, but the green light is not on and the boiler is not working. reset does not work . any ideas?

Did this advice work? I have same boiler/same problem.
I get it work by messing around, resetting - switching off - turning up - turning down.

If I turn off at the mains it doesn't fix it by itself, I think the key is to have the boiler
temp/reset knob to "reset" and turn mains off and on

try turning the mains off for a few mins then back on again. are any codes dislalyed? (may or may not have a display screen depending on model). are there any particular light sequences if no screen?
