Fisher Paykel washer clunking when washing?

My Fisher Paykel washer has started making a clunking noise when washing the clothes. I think that the wash tub came loose (or is looser), and it is hitting the sides of the machine. How can I fix this? Thanks.

If it is the tub swinging over & hitting the side then probably will need new suspension rods. Come in a set of 4. One for each corner. You need to establish somehow if the cause of the noise is what you think before you go changing the rods because it may not be the reason & you will waste your money buying them.
