Diplomat 8332 F2 fault?

I have a Diplomat ADP8332 dishwasher which I am having problems with. My first fault was “F7” which I manage to clear with information from your site, by replacing the reed switch on the PC board on the left side of the machine, was OK for two washers. My next fault was “FA” where as I emptied the drip tray and was OK again for two more washers. My present fault is “F2” which I understand is water leaking underneath.
So I turned the machine on set it to wash and laid down and tried to observe with the bottom front panel removed to see what was going on. The machine fills up and then water is pump up to spray the dishes whilst this is happening water begins to seep in and begins to to fill up the drip try and then the machine pumps out and then bleeps. The water is seeping in from underneath a white plastic chamber about 5” diameter which has about 3 or 4 slots round the outside and in touching the drip tray, is this the float switch? Anybody has any suggestions. Cheers.

it is a float valve to stop the machine pumping more water if there is a leak. take of the right hand side of the machine(as you look at it)
the white plastic water bottle will be leaking where it connects at the bottom.
