How can I check my pump on an indesit 610W?

I want to get to the pump on my Indesit 610W Washing Machine, as it is not spinning properly, so I need to check if there is anything stuck in there. How do I reach the pump, and do I need specialist tools to get to it? Also I have problems with getting my lenor to go through the draw, I have taken out the draw and cleaned it thoroughly and when running it under the tap, water runs through, has anyone got any more ideas as to what I can try@

I've just got an indesit like yours and having carried it into the house, don't think you should have a problem getting to the pump. If you can safely tilt the machine back, follow the outlet hose to the rubber 'trap' and the pump. You can feel if there is anything in the rubber trap - and if so, disconnect, usually with a srewdriver - or maybe a spring-clip fitting and allow the blockage to drop out (watch though you may get a bit of 'flooding'). You might also be able to feel for blockages in the pump from here - without having to take it off. Hope this helps.
