hi f14 indicates flooding
if you managed to make the machine work with the inner door open then a fairly large amount of water will be in the bottom of the machine.
you will need to drag the machine from its location to gain access
disconnect mains power then remove rear cover
use a large old towel to soak up the water and then allow the machine dry out.
a fan heater or hairdryer will help speed up the process once dry reassemble machine and re try for proper operation
if not then you will need to call dyson to service and test your machine
