blue and white screen stuck on bbc3 and bbc4?

i pressed the program reminder for bbc3 and now the blue and white screen wont go off on bbc3 or bbc4, what can i do?

i am using a sky plus hd box, the menu at the bottom of the screen is stuck on bbc3 and bbc4. I timed a program and it is now stuck.
