Hi,
My Zanussi ZWF 1432W washing machine from pressings the start button, immediatley lights the wash lamp, then after a few seconds goes off and then lights the drain lamp. No water enters the drum.

If I select rinse it fills for about 2 seconds, then goes to drain.

This problem started when I had a new kitchen fitted and the machine was moved to a new location.

I have checked the filter on the intake and at the bottom of the machine.

Any ideas?

Just thought.When you connected the drain hose was it to a connection under the sink?.if so did you remove or cut the blanking cap in the end of it?

do you get so many flashes on the start button?.normally red flashes followed by green.if it is doing this post the number of flashes and I will try help you
