cant reinstall window xp?

i have a dell 4600c and i cant reinstall windows xp keep getting bad pool caller. start up in safe mode but i am unable to start in safe mode

Best way is to use the recovery cds provided by the manufacturer. This way, the HDD can be formatted and recovered to its factory state. Please be aware that you lose data in this way. Please give further information if you require another solution that doesnt require data loss

what version of windows are you trying to add?

xp home
xp pro
also have you repartitioned the hard drive then reformatted before trying to load.
need to no what sofyware before i can advise further
