We was watching tv, the lights flicked when we turned the TV back on it is like stuck in a zoom postion, we can not see the top or bottom of the picture inthe screen! How can we fix this? We have unplugged the tv, tried changing the picture view nothing. WHat can I do?

I had the same problem with my cable box. Try pushing the # button it should change the picture size.
