I am not absolutely sure to what your question refers.
If you have a product called Malware Suite then it should have an 'uninstall program. Try Start, All Programs.
Alternatively, malware is a generic term for various nasty pieces of code e.g.:viruses, trojans, etc. They can usually be removed by using a program like AVG. However some are a little more tenacious and have to be stopped before they can be removed by using something like autoruns.
If any of the above doesn't make sense then I suggest that you take the PC to a Computer Shop.
