Our favorit 64800 has developed a fault. Part way through the cycle it stops. The panel shows AL3. Perhaps predictably the manual says phone the repair No. who just offer me a repair service or annual maintenance contract! There is water in the bottom of the machine and it is cold. It seems that the cycle goes for about 20 minutes before stopping again. If re-set then again the machine will run but stops after 20 mins showing the same AL 3 fault code. has anyone any idea what it might be?
