I am trying to remove a foreign body inside the washing machine drum ( wire from clothing)

how do i get access to the drum?

if you take off the sump hose (large hose at the bottom going onto the drum) you should be able to get at it

hi rosey,it is a very big job to enter the drum to remove this item,the entire machine has to be taken apart to enter the drum,
