New condensation in loft/house?

I have a semi- detached ex-council house built in 70's, have been here for 10yrs with no probs. But within the last few weeks have noticed that clothes in wardrobe have gone mouldy, wall behind wardrobe gone mouldy, and now today could hear dripping water in loft - discovered condensation dripping everywhere! mould on top of plastic clothing bag which has my wedding dress in!! odd patches within the house - this all seems to happening on the coldest side of the house where the the end outside wall is. I have central heating, double glazing, loft insulation but not sure how old that is? Can any one help??

Check the small water tank for your central heating in the loft it may be overheatingf and boiling thus the steam causing the dampness.
I found this to be the problem in a ex council house in midlothian.
