hi my boiler is losing pressure and the outside pipe is dripping i have taken the cover off the boiler but cannot turn the knob on the valve either way it has a small centre pin in the middle has this got anything to do why i cannot turn the knob please advise

prv needs replaced & expansion vessel pressure needs to be checked / topped up.
