It does not make hot water?

I have a Diplomat ADP8322 which was working properly. I went out of the country for two month and since I returned, the dishwasher washes only with cold water! Also it doesn't dry the dishes. Does anybody know what's wrong with it?
Any answer is very much appreciated.

check the heating element.No heat during the cycle will cause no drying fault as well.
