The disc has possibly not seated correctly in the drive and is making the noises and has jammed the door.
Whilst the machine is unplugged, lift it out and give it a shake back and forth a few times.
Put it back in position and plug it in to the power. Switch it ON and press eject and the disc door will open but do check the centre hole of the disc for any chipping and/or cracks before placing it back in the machine to view.
