i have power to the shower i have water to it
but nothing comes out of it
the low pressure light comes on i have checked the filter and this clear and free of dirt

Check to see if the solenoid operates (energises)
If it does not energise water will not flow into the heater tank. Possibly a faulty on/off switch inside
the shower, a loose wire on the solenoid or the solenoid coil itself failed. These can be tested out using a multimeter. Isolate mains power first !
If in any doubt consult an electrician
