I turn on the TV and the green light comes on but no picture. Then I can't turn it off. If I unplug it and wait a few seconds and try it again and repeat the procedure a few times. It has come on but it has lost its memory and I have to adjust all the setting manualy. When I shut it off I have to go through the whole procedure again.
