HOW DO I CHANGE WATER PUMP ON A 2001 SWB TRANSIT?

engine overheating ,fan cuts in but radiator still cold,
changed thermostat but still same.Ithink itcould be water pump, is it a big job and is there any body out there got any tips. THANKS
