Like me, i think you have bought the wheels without the stand. I think we need to spend another £50 on a stand in order for the wheels to fit. After contacting my supplier [ideal world] and receiving very poor information my heaters are about to be returned! The TV presentation gave the impression that the stand was included with the heater and you just had to buy the wheels. Ideal World are out of stock of the stands.
All a bit of a farce really!
