Our whipper snipper was working fine. It was an import from China from friends but so far its been fantastic. Only used over the last two days. After use today, went to restart and the rope on the pull start seems 'locked' and just comes out a couple of centimetres before stopping. Do I have to pull it apart, get it fixed or does this mean there's another problem?
