my mira shower will not turn off?

My Mira shower will not turn off. I can turn the control to the off position but the water still keeps flowing cold!!

this could be a faulty solenoid valve in the shower.
If the water still flows when the mains power is turned off you will need to check/replace tyhe soelnoid valve.
