I bought a mp4 32 gb with camera on e-bay, came from hong kong. I used it for the first time, putting some music, etc. Now the screen's icons won't work. at first it froze, I had to leave alone til it went off. Now icons won't work, I try looking for pinhole to reset but there's none or can't find it. the cabibrate says failed, can't fix either way. I was trying to find software on fixing it, but it's not a brand name, book says www.anyts.net. no software, just more models page. if you can offer any help in how to fix touchscreen icons to work again, that would be great, overwise works with buttons/manuel. Was better with touchscreen for the shortcuts. No matter how I try, I couldn't fix it and only used it once to put my files. thank you. do you think a file is missing in order to caibrate, it shows me only a blue screen when I go there, then with button goes to menu.
