when i lift the 3 point linkage to the raised position it slowly drops, then raises, drops then raises. this happens every 2-3 seconds and drives me crazy when on the machine. any idea what the fault is? there is plenty of oil available.

The arms are dropping because there is a leak of oil from the system into the reservior (the backend) and the depth control steps in and raises it again. Readjust your sensitivety/Depthcontrol because it may be set to sensitive. There should be a handle in the cab for that. Dont worry to much, start to worry when it wont lift?
