VOLUME PROBLEM WITH ALBA DV3 DIGI BOX?

When I use the Alba DV3 digi box, the sound is almost non existent and also doesn't relate tho the channel I'm watching???

Bin it and buy a nrew one. Budget boxes are just not worth the effort. (If it is new, take it back.)

BTW, its DVB - not DV3 and it doesn't relate to the model of the box, it stands for Digital Video Broadcasting.
