Goodmans TFT LCD TV (GTVL19W17HDF) - No Picture & No Sound?

My Goodmans TFT LCD TV (GTVL19W17HDF) has No Picture & No Sound. Also, the Orange power LED just stays Orange when I turn it on and won't change to green. Any solutions?
