about my question earlier it is not my discharge safety valve that is leaking but the discharge pipe that goes outside the building

yes it is the pipe from the boiler i have just ordered a prv it is a sealed system had a burst water main in street that is when problem started have to pressurise boiler every morning when repressured water comes out of pipe quite rapidly then slows down let me know if you think same cheers

is it disgharge pipe from boiler? is it a sealed system? if so sounds like it is over preasurised and when it heats up water expands and discharges thro pipe to outside,check filling system,make sure preasure is around about 1bar but below 3bar at very most.
