No heat from my tricity bendix TM 320W Condenser Tumble Dryer. The drum is still spinning. Any Ideas

I recently changed the thermostats and heater on my Creda T620CW condenser drier which had stopped heating up. Unfortunately both these measures had no effect - it is still not working. Has anyone, any idea why this could be.
