If it's a dual flush, you can push down one of the buttons, and then lift out the other one, which in turn will give you access to remove the first one as well.
Then you just need to undo the screw found underneath them and lift off the lid.
If it's a single flush roca, then I'm unsure (I also am unable to remove this lid)
