My vauxhall astra all of a sudden stopped opening the luggage compartment door, and also stopped supplying screen washer both front and rear. Been told it is common with Astra's due to fuse/s. Does anyone know how to fix it

Same thing happened to me, boot wouldn't open, didn't associate it with washers though, they weren't working but just thought they we're frozen up. Now its thawed a bit i realised a fuse had gone and they use the same one as the boot, so i changed the 10amp fuse no8 in fusebox in engine compartment, hope this helps.
