How to fix vokera compact HE?

the red light keeps coming on after about ten seconds after swithcing it on.There is gas in the meter and the pressure gauze is at 1.5 on the boiler itself.Could this be a problem with the main gas inlet to the house or is it a boiler problem?thanks in advance.

I have same problem with Mynute, if i turn off for about 5 seconds and turn back on it usually fires up (2nd 3rd attempt) but is frustrating as it very rarely comes on via the timer.
