the hole at the back is not working water at the top tried cleaning with cotton bud and also curtain wire but comes back after a day

I think you're doing the right thing with the curtain wire! Just go a bit further, as the blockage must be lower down the tube. Usually, the drain tube just exits over a metal plate gently warmed by the motor to evaporate the water. So I don't think you can do/ come to much harm. Switch off first anyway, just to be sure.
