how can i fix my worcester 240?

heating comes on ok but hot water does not also slight drip from underside of boiler could it be diverter valve if so how do i get to it boiler around 13yrs old

diaphragm on diverter valve is probably burst, you can get a service kit which is much cheaper than the full valve & easy to fit on the boiler.
