i have a bosch auto matic why does my laundry dry stiff after extra rinses paticulally rayon and cotton even after tumble drying

run a bowl of warm water.put stiff clothing it the water and then hand wash with NO detergent.Does the water look soapy even though you haven't used any?.over use of detergents can cause this.also extreme hard water areas
