Dispenser drawewr on ZJ1218 does not drain. Is there a simple solution?

If the holes above the conditioner compartment are blocked and mouldy then this will also cause issues

remove the draw by pulling it fully out and then pressing the release tab at the back left corner.remove the plastic bit from the conditioner compartment with MAX written on it and under there you will see some short tubes,these must be clear and able to see through them for water to drain away
