i recently bought for xmas a wii board followed instructions to sync with console cant get board to sync and now remotes are life less too any ideas please

you held down the sync button on the wii console too long
sync the remote 1 at a time.
red button remote then sync button wii console.
you only need to hit it once.
then start the game using the balance board and then sync when that game is running, it will only sync when that game is on.
