i just bought a sharp XE-A203 electronic cash register and it did not have the take-up spool in the box where can i get one?

If you bought the register new, I would call the Sharp Customer Service number - 800-BE-SHARP. If you bought the register used, your best bet is to contact a Sharp dealer near you and see if they have one or can get you one.
