I have a nokia 5310 calls connect,I can hear fine,but no one can hear me.What do I do?

Hi this could be either 2 probs, either your phone software needs re-installing or the mouth piece has became loose.

The best way to check is with either connect a blue tooth hands free and make a call if you can hear through that then your mouth piece has became loose or is broke, good luck.
