I have an LG TROMM washer #WM227HW that is a front loader. The detergent drawer is located in upper left hand corner. It has become "locked" and I can not get it open. I have been using the new detergent sheets to do my laundry, but really want to go back to liquid detergent. Anyone know how to get this door unlocked??

Have that issue also. I just found that if you gently pull down on the drawer towards the floor slightly as you are pull the drawer open that seems to work. There seems to be something that catches in the drawer at the top and by pulling down on the drawer it stops it from catching. Good Luck. Mine is now not spinning. You could not pay me to by another LG item. I believe that LG stands for Lousey Goods!
