When the drum spins it is making a very loud clicking sound and when spinning at highspeed it sounds like it is crushing glass behind the drum where the clothes are. I have been lucky before when this happened and found it was a bobbypin and just a small end of it was poking through one of the holes in the drum and I was able to pull it out. This time the drum is smooth, so there is nothing to grab.
