as per prev question, there is no pilot on the newer model of the classsic, it has automatic ignition. most common fault on these boilers is siezed fan, which means it wont fire. the fan may need oiled or replaced depending on damage to bearings. listen to the boiler with all the controls turned on or go around to the flue and see if theres any air blowing out, that should let you know if it's the fan that's faulty.
