Goodmans lcd 3265D on power'on senses on led but does not work,,solution?

I have lcd tv Goodmans company 3265D. On power on, its led senses but the set does not work..
24V and 12V do not get generated when power supply is given. I've tried to replace all capacitors and checked all resistors.
Please give me solutions..
