As is has no hard drive, security is a littel academic isn't it? because the laptop won't work without one. Are you sure that is doesn't have one?

Once you have fitted a hard drive (or found that the laptop actually does have one) and the laptop is working then go here and download the free version of AVG. http://free.avg.com/gb-en/homepage
